Privacy policy
This site collects as little data as possible. This page explains exactly what is collected, why, and what you can ask for.
In short
No advertising, no selling of data. Only two processing activities: a contact form and audience measurement loaded only after your consent.

What is collected
- Contact form: The form offers either a quick message (message and contact details) or a guided scoping in three steps that collects: the nature of your need, your situation, the project context, the envisaged timing, and your contact details — name, email address, and company if you provide it (optional). Purpose: to answer your request. That’s it. No newsletter, no prospecting, no transfer to third parties. Your consent is collected through a checkbox in the form.
- Audience measurement (Google Analytics 4): Site traffic is measured with Google Analytics 4, via Google Tag Manager. No tracker is loaded before you decide: measurement starts only if you click “Accept” (or enable it under “Customize”). It produces aggregated statistics (page views, anonymous events): no form data flows into it, no data is sold. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie preferences” in the footer. Declining does not degrade any site functionality.
- Technical data: Hosting generates technical logs (date, time, IP address) required for the site to run securely. The IP address may also be used briefly and temporarily to limit abuse of the contact form (anti-spam). It is not kept for that purpose.
What is not collected
No advertising cookies, no social media trackers, no pixels, no profiling, no client area, no payment data, no phone number.
Legal basis
- Answering contact requests: your consent and pre-contractual measures (Swiss FADP; for EU visitors, Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
- Audience measurement: your consent (Swiss FADP; Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), collected through the banner before anything is loaded.
- Site security and operation: legitimate interest (Swiss FADP; Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention
- Contact requests: for the time needed to process your request, then for a maximum of 12 months.
- Audience measurement: cookies and event data kept for a maximum of 14 months (property setting).
- Technical logs: according to the hosting provider’s policy.
Processors and recipients
- Infomaniak — site hosting (Geneva, Switzerland).
- Google Ireland Limited — Google Analytics 4 audience measurement via Google Tag Manager (European Union), only after consent.
- No other data is transferred. Nothing is sold, rented or shared for advertising purposes.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, have it corrected or deleted, and — in some cases — restrict its processing or obtain a copy, or object to processing.
Write to contact@yohannlarbi.ch. Replies are personal and sent promptly.
You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner. EU visitors can reach the supervisory authority of their place of residence.
