From business to software
Chapter 1
Before writing software, I learned to run businesses: customers, teams, inventory, margins, operations.
What remains from those years: a sense of responsibility, service, customer relationships and decision-making under constraints — none of which is learned in a code editor.
Chapter 2
The switch to engineering happened through the 42 school: learning by working with peers, autonomy, problem-solving by practice.
What that school really teaches: understanding a complete system rather than applying a recipe.
Chapter 3
LiBlul, CryptoInvestYL, then freelance engagements: I designed and ran complete products — from the first idea to a service real people use every day.
What sets me apart: I don’t stop at the screen. I take care of everything that makes a product work — and keep working.
Chapter 4
Since 2023, I have worked at Infomaniak, a leading Swiss hosting and cloud company, on online products used every day by a large audience: website hosting, media broadcasting, collaboration tools.
My role: understand the need, decide with product teams and ship changes that stay reliable for existing customers. What those years taught me: the discipline of a product that cannot break on a Friday evening, working with people whose job is not software, and a taste for documented decisions.
